While many professionals have been waiting to see how artificial intelligence plays out, it has already been integrated into government and business workflows. The Social Security Administration and the IRS use it to process applications and identify fraud; JPMogan Chase uses it to review commercial credit card agreements.

So where does that leave small business owners?

In this interactive session, we'll explore how AI can realistically support your business without compromising professionalism, accuracy, or client trust.  We’ll address ethical considerations, privacy concerns, and practical safeguards, as well as strategies for using AI to offload simple tasks that overburden our daily lives.

Bring your laptop if you’d like to follow along and experiment with real examples!
